Surafel and Milen’s Wedding

What an amazing experience to be a part of this wedding. This was the first time we’ve had the pleasure of seeing an Ethiopian wedding. The pictures do a great job of showing how friendly and joyous of an occasion this was, but there where so many sites and sounds and the food that the pictures just can’t do justice. Danny and Cammie’s wedding in Deer Park, Tx.

When you look at the pictures you will probably be wondering what wedding venue they got married at, because the location is so beautiful. They just have wonderful friends that let them use their back yard, but it wasn’t like any backyard I had ever seen. I love getting to be a part of a smaller back yard weddings with closest friends and family, but this also had truly unique surroundings.

This was our first wedding at Tuscan Courtyard, and what a beautiful place.
Brandon was probably the most excited groom I have ever seen. You could truly feel that Brandon and Tavyn were excited to be starting the next step in their lives. They already have a beautiful family started and they have great friends and family so I am sure they will have an amazing life together. Lee and Lisa had a beautiful wedding at Hidden Palms. They had family from all over, including England. We could not have asked for a prettier Texas day! We got a beautiful sunset as well. We had a lot of time to take some really cool shots at dusk. Loved the fireworks after the first dance!!!

They had an amazing wedding and from a photographers point of view,it was just about as perfect as it gets. Good thing that Jordan and Katie know how to KCCO. It started to rain just a few minutes before Katie was supposed to walk down the isle, but they kept calm and still had a beautiful wedding under the tent. The upside was that we got an amazing sunset after the storm.

I am pretty sure that you win the most laid back couple of the year, when it starts to rain just as you are supposed to get married, and you proceed just like the sun is shining.You can’t really tell by the pictures below but check out all the umbrellas during the actual ceremony.
