A week ago we tried to do pictures at two different locations and while we were moving to the second location a bunch of clouds rolled in and killed the day. 10th annual banquet for the Friends of Devereux

We were honored to be asked to participate in the 10th annual banquet for the friends of Devereux. Devereux is an wonderful organization that helps kids from all over the country that need help of all types. The biggest thing they do is make sure these kids know that they are loved. Friends of Devereux is a group of people that donate their time and finances for no other reason that to make sure these kids know that their are people that love them. I can’t think of a better way to spend a day than with a bunch of people who know how to have fun. Sometimes I can’t believe I get to have a job where I go to parties and get to record such a special day in a couples life. Thank you for letting us be a part of your day. Robert and JoAnn 50th wedding anniversary.

Almost every weekend we get to be a part of a young couple just starting out and we really do consider that to be a privilege. This last weekend we got to be a part of a celebration of another young couple that has proven that they have a relationship that is very special and has survived for 50 years. It truly was an honor to see that after all this time they still seemed like newlyweds and the love between them was so obvious. We had never met them before but we instantly felt like we were in the company of friends, a whole room full of friends.

We love getting to take pictures of a beautiful family. We love it even more when it is one of our past Brides. It is like winning a blue ribbon when one of our past brides calls us to have us take pictures of their family. It really means a lot that after years have passed that you would still trust us to capture these special moments for your family.

Surafel and Milen’s Wedding

What an amazing experience to be a part of this wedding. This was the first time we’ve had the pleasure of seeing an Ethiopian wedding. The pictures do a great job of showing how friendly and joyous of an occasion this was, but there where so many sites and sounds and the food that the pictures just can’t do justice. Danny and Cammie’s wedding in Deer Park, Tx.

When you look at the pictures you will probably be wondering what wedding venue they got married at, because the location is so beautiful. They just have wonderful friends that let them use their back yard, but it wasn’t like any backyard I had ever seen. I love getting to be a part of a smaller back yard weddings with closest friends and family, but this also had truly unique surroundings.

This was our first wedding at Tuscan Courtyard, and what a beautiful place.
Brandon was probably the most excited groom I have ever seen. You could truly feel that Brandon and Tavyn were excited to be starting the next step in their lives. They already have a beautiful family started and they have great friends and family so I am sure they will have an amazing life together. We got to spend an afternoon exploring the grounds of the Royal Oaks Country club.What a beautiful place and what a beautiful couple. They really do look amazing together, we did some pictures with formal attire and then we had some fun with casual clothes. I think if GQ sees these they will want some for their next issue.

Spending the afternoon with this beautiful family was a unique treat for us. Murphy and Tameka had been so busy raising their family that they never really got to do wedding pictures. So they involved the whole family and we got some amazing pictures with just the two of them and some amazing family pictures. This was so much fun and they truly do have an amazing family.

Eric and Rendi have a very playful relationship. They seem to love poking at each other in a good way, right down to the fact that he is a Cowboy and she is a Texan.
When the kids start coming along, just educate them about both teams and then let them make their own decision about what team they want to follow.

Lee and Lisa had a beautiful wedding at Hidden Palms. They had family from all over, including England. We could not have asked for a prettier Texas day! We got a beautiful sunset as well. We had a lot of time to take some really cool shots at dusk. Loved the fireworks after the first dance!!!
